KrushTV offers a 3-day free trial with no credit card required. No payment is taken during the free trial. Your trial ends automatically, and you will never be charged without choosing a plan.
Every plan is a one-time payment. If you experience a technical issue that our support team cannot resolve within 48 hours of your report, you are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of your payment date. Refunds are not issued for change of mind after 7 days of the payment date.
Message our 24/7 live support on WhatsApp (the green chat button on every page of krushtv.com) or email support.krushtv@gmail.com. Include your username and the reason for your request. We respond within 24 hours.
Plans never renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel and you are never charged again without choosing to renew. When your plan ends, access stops until you renew. No partial refunds are issued for unused time on a plan.
We want you to feel confident before you pay, which is why we offer a free trial with no credit card required. If something goes wrong after you buy a plan and our team cannot fix it within 48 hours, we will make it right. Our goal is always a happy customer.
