If you experience a technical issue that our support team cannot resolve within 48 hours of your report, you are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of your payment date. Refunds are not issued for change of mind after 7 days of the billing date.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing immediately. No partial refunds are issued for unused days in a billing period.
